·        7:00a.m. - The orientation will begin.

·         8:00 a.m. – Address to all volunteers by the Mayor of City of St. Petersburg.

·         8:30 a.m. - Free Health Screening Fair (FHSF) will begin.

Parking

·         Parking facility is away from the Coliseum

·         If you are car pooling with others, please drop them at the front of the Coliseum and park at places given below

Volunteers' Registration Process

·         Please enter the main entrance of the Coliseum, and there will be volunteers available to greet you at 6 a.m.

·         Once you enter the Coliseum, please proceed directly to the Registration  Desk for registration. You will be provided name tag, Layout map, your roles and responsibilities, T-Shirt, etc. by volunteers responsible for registration.

·         After registration, you can have breakfast and wait for orientation followed by walk through of the facility.

Child Care

·         Child care is provided at Tampa Bay Sai Center located at 1417 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater, Florida 33764. The direction to go to Tampa Bay Sai Center is given below

·         Those who need child care, please drop your children at the Coliseum registration desk. There will be designated drivers who will drop the children at Tampa Bay Sai Center.

·         Parents are requested to report at Tampa Bay Sai Center after finishing up FHSF to pick up their child/children.  FHSF will finish by 3.30 p.m. followed by pack up within the next 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The Coliseum will close at 5 p.m.

 
Hotel Fairfield Inn/Courtyard

·         Fairfield Inn, 3211 Executive Drive, Clearwater, FL 33762 and Courtyard Marriott are located adjacent to each other and it is approximately 10 miles from the Coliseum (approximately 13 minutes drive).

·         Both hotels have agreed to provide breakfast at 5.30 a.m. in the morning for our Sai Volunteers.

·         Breakfast will also be served inside the Coliseum.

• Direction to Hotel from North/South

                                    From Tampa - 9 Miles NW – Take 275 South to exit 31-

                                    Ulmerton Road – 2 miles – Take first right at Executive Drive,

                                    prior to overpass. Take first left – The hotel is on the right.

                                    From 275 North take Exit 30.. Bear left and continue on 686 –

                                    Ulmerton at first traffic light (34^th St.) – make a right – then

                                    make first right behind Bob Evans and hotel will be ¼ mile on

                                    your left

Lot 2 – 98 spaces - Located between Mirror Lake Drive and 1^st Avenue North, just west of 6^th Street.

County Court House Lot – 50 spaces - This lot is located on the north side of 1^st Avenue North, just west of 5^th Street.  The L-shaped lot includes meters but they will not be in effect on Saturday.  Access can be gained from 5^th Street.
